» 24 HOURS ACCESS
All THT members have access to provider facilities on a 24 hour , seven days a week basis
THT complaint contact lines are made available to all members and on each membership photo-Id and validity cards.

» AMBULANCE SERVICES
THT is in strategic partnership with Tocaro Ambulance Services for provision of ambulance services in the South –West zone. Arrangement is also made to provide ambulance services in other parts of the country when needed to transfer members between hospitals.

» AVAILABILITY OF HEALTH MAINTENANCE ORGANISATION (HMO) NETWORK TO ALL STATES
THT has the ability to provide treatment to registered members in agreed hospitals upon presentation of HMO card.
THT provides a list of eligible members to their selected hospitals on the network on a monthly basis. This list is updated as necessary within any given month.

» ABILITY TO PROVIDE MEDICAL EMERGENCY SERVICE

» FOREIGN MEDICAL COVER FOR SPECIALIZED MEDICAL SERVICES NOT AVAILABLE IN THE COUNTRY
