Managed Care Capitation

The Managed Care Capitation model is better suited to corporate clients with low to medium budgets for employee healthcare programmes and caters for all levels of employees within an organisation.

The scheme covers primary healthcare and secondary or tertiary care that requires pre-authorisation. Members can elect only one primary provider while secondary and tertiary care is referred for specialist attention, with some healthcare treatments (not part of the benefit package) attracting additional payments on a fee-for-service basis. Our plans are some of the most competitively priced in the market and include the following benefits; consultations, medication, laboratory investigations, radiology, hospitalisation, emergency treatment for injuries, gynaecology, physiotherapy, family planning, counselling, emergency out-of-station care, childhood immunisation, blood transfusion services, primary dental care, basic eye examinations and treatment, surgery, maternity care and eye consultations.
